The variety of landscape and attractions holds something for everyone. A social atmosphere pervades the campsite and encourages participation in group sport. All recreational facilities on the campsite such as the swimming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side pitches, bowling green, children’s playground, fishing lake, archery range and our animators, in residence throughout July and August, are free of charge for all our guests to enjoy.

Services included:swimming pools (from half May to late September, precise dates depend on the weather and number of guests), five-a-side pitches, tennis and volleyball courts, Bowling Green, playground, fishing lake, table tennis, mini-football, archery.
Paid activities after sunset: lighting at tennis, five-a-side pitches and football; € 10.00 per hour.

City tax: is charged for guests aged 12 and over for the first 5 consecutive nights of stay and is not included in the pricelist.

In the most panoramic point of Pian di Boccio we restored an old farmhouse in 2000, a large and characteristic farmhouse

An unforgettable stay in an enchanting place. The farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, creating a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. Our room offered spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside and every morning we woke up to birdsong. The food was another highlight: each dish was prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Torneremo sicuramente!

Questo agriturismo ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La camera era accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. I bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo nell'ampio giardino e con gli animali della fattoria. Inoltre, abbiamo partecipato a una degustazione di vini locali che è stata davvero interessante. Consigliatissimo per famiglie!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo agriturismo. La struttura è ben curata e offre numerose attività per rilassarsi e divertirsi. La piscina è un'oasi di pace e il ristorante propone piatti deliziosi preparati con ingredienti a km zero. La posizione è ideale per visitare i borghi vicini e godere della bellezza della regione. Un vero angolo di paradiso!

Il nostro soggiorno in questo agriturismo è stato semplicemente perfetto. La location è immersa nel verde, offrendo una vista mozzafiato sulle colline umbre. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la colazione, con prodotti freschi e locali. Un'esperienza da ripetere!
